Eligibility

Services are available to adults 18 years of age and older that are considered home bound.  Most patients are senior adults and are considered home bound due to age related disabilities, however persons under the age of 55 that have multiple disabilities may be considered eligible.

A person's income is not considered to be eligible for service.
