Dr. Henry Tripp, MD provides in-home health care to residents in Guilford and Forsyth Counties.  Dr. Tripp's main focus is home health services.  He attends numerous conferences that provide up-to-date information aiding him in enhancing home health care visits.

Dr. Tripp is a native of Greensboro, NC. He is a graduate of Duke Medical School and is certified in multiple medical specialty boards. Dr. Tripp has been treating seniors and their unique needs for over twenty years.

Dr. Tripps personal statement: "My home visits practice allows me to provide high quality care, including lab work and
sophisticated diagnostics to my patients in the comfort and privacy of their homes".

Home bound Services include: 

· Evaluation and treatment of adult patients who are home bound due to
physical and mental disabilities.

· Evaluation and management of multiple chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, dementia, etc.

· Assessment and assistance in obtaining admission to an Assisted Living Facility or Nursing home when necessary.

· Coordination of care with other home health agencies such as Home Health Nurses, CAP Program, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Services or Hospice.
